Graso is a privately held company, located in the unpolluted setting of countryside, 50 km away from the city of Gdańsk (Northern Poland). The company was established by Zenon and Grażyna Sobiecki in March 1989.

With time, from a small family business it turned into a medium sized corporation, active on  disparate markets mainly related to packaging industry.

Graso Biotech is it's youngest division, specializing in microbiology. It has developed vigorously from the very beginning, and currently Graso Biotech is the greatest manufacturer of ready-to-use culture media in the Central Europe. The complete manufacturing and quality control process is carried out in house by our employees on 2500 sqm, according to latest issues of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Moreover, the production process takes place in fully controlled environment (cleanrooms), with use of top quality equipment and in line with up-to-date  knowledge achievements. Entirely automated lines assure complete traceability of both products and raw materials.

At the moment our offer includes over 400 types of media (on plates, in bottles and tubes), not counting those prepared on request, according to formulas provided by the customers.

Aside from fabricating products designed for end-users, both in Poland and abroad, we also condition media for producers of prefabricated powders, who lack the finale-stage lines.
